Shaun Jackson’s hat-trick and Stephen Foley’s close range strike just before half-time gave Prestwich all three points from Saturday’s Division Two clash against Astley Bridge at Heys Road.

• Prestwich Reserves enjoyed a 4-0 win at Old Mancunians ‘B’ on Saturday as Robbie Monetti’s side made it five wins from their five games played in Division Six so far this season.

• Double’s from Sean Haslam and Chris Crookes gave Prestwich a 4-2 win over fourth placed Eastbury at Heys Road on Sunday. The win moved Pete Lorenzini’s side up to 10th in the Premier Division ahead of next weekend’s trip to Hollinhurst to take on MPG. The second round draw of the Millennium Cup saw Prestwich drawn against Cheers Bar of Division One. The match will be played at Drinkwater Park on Sunday 15th November, KO 10:30am.
