PCTBC.COM AT THE NETBALL

With PCTBC recently adding netball to their expanding group of sports, we decided to take a trip to Philips High School tonight to get a slice of the action as division leaders PCC Netball, aka BL’s Angels, brushed aside Farm Babes 33-3.

I won’t even attempt a match report what with this being my first ever viewing of the sport, suffice to say it looked pretty impressive with great movement off the ball, crisp passing, solid defending and deadly finishing in front of the net/basket/goal.

So here’s the state of play for the ladies with a league table as of last week and a list of their next few fixtures, followed by photo’s from the game.

Oh and just a quick note regarding the table, we actually entered the league late so those 7 draws were to make up for the games they missed prior to joining. So PCC Netball are currently unbeaten from all the games they’ve actually played.
