Mark Strongs under 11’s Prestwich Team show how it’s done, an 8-0 win against CMB Ace’s at the weekend cemented a 8 point lead at the top of the Bolton Bury & District League Division 1.

Unbeaten all season, two more wins will secure the league title for the boys, This weekend see’s them playing against CMB Ace’s again in the semi final of the Chairmans Cup with a place in the final to be held at Boltons Reebok Stadium. The club wishes the boys the best of luck and the whole club is hoping for success.

The under 12’s under the guidance of Ian Marsh have improved hugely over the last few weeks and only some dubious decisions and one very late goal against them have prevented them picking up 9 points rather than the 4 points they have acheived over the last 5 games. This weekend see’s them face Pennine Juniours White, it’s always a close game with them and a real chance for the boys to pick up the full 3 points their recent efforts have deserved.

The under 7’s Meerkats had a tough game at the weekend the Meerkats gave it all they could and were very unlucky that after seeing themselves 2-0 down by half time. Will got the Meerkats only goal of the game and Jake was unlucky with hitting the post late on.

All teams are back in action over the weekend so lets see if we can see four wins from the juniors this weekend.
