DUO UK ANNOUNCED AS NEW SPONSOR

Manchester-based polythene packaging manufacturer Duo UK has been announced as the new kit sponsors for Prestwich Cricket Club. The formal announcement was made last Friday (25th January) at the club’s Junior Presentation evening, where prizes were given out by Carl Hey.

Family owned Duo, which is celebrating its 25th year in business this year, manufactures bespoke packaging products for high profile clients including ASOS, JD Williams, Tesco and Boohoo.com. With its headquarters and the vast majority of the manufacturing process carried out in Manchester, Duo is committed to supporting its local community.

Duo’s managing director, David Brimelow, explained: “It’s our pleasure to lend our support to Prestwich Cricket Club; as a family business we do our best to support the local community and the Club is a real hub used by a complete cross section of local people. Several of our team are big cricket fans so we’ll be sure to be cheering the teams on from the stands this season!”
