AGM 2014 – NOTICE

The AGM will take place on Sunday 19th January in the Clubhouse. The agenda will available in the Clubhouse from Sunday afternoon.

In addition, copies of the proposed new ‘Trust Deed’ and ‘Constitution’ will available in the Clubhouse for members to peruse prior to the AGM.

The proposal for the new ‘Trust Deed’ is simple as it replaces the original document from 1912 which was lost many years ago.

The required changes to the ‘Constitution’ have been proposed mainly due to the regulatory requirements of the Sports Governing Bodies which control the sports the club participates in. This will keep the Club in line with the demands/requirements of ‘CLUBMARK’ and ‘CHARTER STANDARD’.
