Prestwich are delighted to announce that Sam Holden has become the latest member of our double winning team to re-sign for the 2016 cricket season.

On signing Sam said “It’s great to have re-signed with my home club. We are moving very quickly in the right direction and I think winning the double this year underlines that. I am very much looking forward to the GMCL and the challenges ahead”.

Andy Bradley, Prestwich captain said “Sam always attracts a lot of interest from other clubs due to his undoubted talent – this season he has surpassed 1,000 runs and 60 wickets – so it’s great to have been able to keep him at the club where he wants to play his cricket. He is a great lad with a brilliant work ethic and an integral part of our team. Sam’s signing along with commitments from other players mean that we will field a very similar side again next year which is great news”.
