FOOTBALL SECTION ANNOUNCEMENT

The FA have this evening made the following announcement which means we are going to suspend ALL footballing activity with immediate effect and until further notice.

We are absolutely committed in ensuring that the safety and well being of all our members is our priority.

“Following the Government’s announcement today, for people to avoid social contact and gatherings where possible, we are now advising that all grassroots football in England is postponed for the foreseeable future.”

For the avoidance of any doubt ALL club activity (training and matches) are immediately cancelled until further notice.
