Favourite/most memorable match you’ve played in: Joined Prestwich 2014, 2 time league winners 2014 & 2016, two promotions, 2 cup runners-up 2014 & 2019 and 2 cup wins 2017 & 2019. Highlight, needing one wicket to get maximum points and win the league to beat Glossop in 2016, we played Swindon Moorside. Close game looked like we would get beat. Chance, drop catch by Robbo, overthrow, I was backing up and turned and threw the stumps down – scenes.
Personal highlight/Champagne moment: Scoring first hundred for Prestwich in 2016 against West at home. Part of leadership group between 2014-19: 4 trophies 2 promotions.
Funniest moment/s in cricket: Pete team talks, chants after games, Oli and Ste having a picture with div 2 cup at Woodbank.
Best way to relax after the game: Pizza and gas
Do/did you have any cricketing superstitions: Don’t move if things are going well, always change cricket shirt at tea, throw downs with the same person before game (Jack Doyle).
