PFC – IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS

We value the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone taking part in football activities at Prestwich Football Club.

In order to take part in any football activities within the Prestwich FC grounds or on behalf of the club at a provided facility, we must ask that you print out, read and then sign our risk assessment documents confirming that you understand the COVID-19 control measures put in place by the club.

All signed versions of the relevant document should be handed to your team manager. It is vital that you are prepared to follow the relevant guidelines and procedures, as a club we must work together to reduce any risks to our players, their families and our coaches.

Please remember this is a situation that none of us have experienced before and the guidelines continually change. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to speak to your coach or contact one of the committee.
