Question: How do you follow an innings of 100 not out in 28 balls?
Answer: Hit 189 from 72 balls.

The remarkable Ryan Stanbury smashed his second successive T20 ton on Friday night against Woodbank Wildboyz.
This came just 48 hours after a whirlwind century off 28 balls at home to Bury Bullsharks.
Ryan’s innings of 189 came from 72 balls, and included 17 fours and 17 sixes as Prestwich Heat blazed their way to 282 for 2 from 20 overs.
Opening partner Danny Pawson was no slouch either, hitting 60 from 39 balls (4 fours and 4 sixes) in an opening partnership of 265 – which must be some kind of record in itself.
Woodbank reached 169 for 8 in reply, with Sam Holden taking 3 wickets, and a brace each for Uwais Khaliq and Aaryaman Roy.
Footnote: Ryan only made a mere 69 yesterday (Saturday) as the 1st XI beat Moorside. Full reports to follow later.
