Junior training Friday update

Junior cricket training for the Under 11 age group is to be held on the football field tomorrow (Friday May 31).

Weather permitting, the practice session will take place on the adjacent football field (behind the trees), off Heys Road. This will also be the same for Friday June 7.
Start time will be as usual at 6.15pm, finishing at 8pm.

Every effort is being made to hold the practice – providing the weather eases and conditions are safe. There will be an update on the club’s Twitter feed on Friday morning.
The switch to the football ground area is because the first team are playing in a T20 Cup match against Bury.

As a result of this, the main pavilion car park will be very busy and parents are advised to use The Heys School car park and to access the field via the passageway on Heys Road between the houses.

U13 training will go ahead as normal in the enclosed off-the-field nets.

Training for the U15s and U18s is unable to take place.
