WANTED: New Cricket Coaches

The club is looking for more volunteer cricket coaches to boost its thriving junior section.

New coaches and assistant coaches are needed to help with junior training and the running of the club’s junior teams, providing youngsters aged 7 to 17 with the opportunity to learn, practice and play the game.

Our vibrant junior set-up has played a big part in the club’s senior successes in recent years.

ECB coaching courses – for Support Coach, Foundation 1 Coach and Core Coach – are set to take place during the winter and spring period. Suitability for a course would be dependent on experience and knowledge.

The club will fund the cost of the course with the expectation that coaches will be available to train juniors on Friday nights during the season and, where possible, assist with a team.
